Who we help
Visitors arriving from outside Zambia
Most of our work is for people who are coming to Zambia from somewhere else and need things arranged on the ground. These are the visitors the service is set up for.
-
Business travellers
Here for meetings, negotiations, a site visit or a conference? We take care of transport, timing and the local arrangements so your day runs the way it was planned.
-
Companies sending staff
Sending a colleague or a small team to Zambia? We can be your local point of contact, so nobody is left working things out on arrival.
-
Tourists and first-time visitors
You want to see the country, not spend the trip solving logistics. We help with transport, orientation and the practical side of your stay.
-
Conference delegates and exhibitors
Airport pickups, movement between hotels and venues, printing and on-site errands, whether it's one delegate or a whole delegation.
-
NGOs, researchers and project teams
Field visits, multi-day transport, local coordination and document support for teams working to a fixed schedule.
-
Returning visitors and diaspora
Coming back after years away, or visiting family? Practical help with the things that have changed since you were last here.

How it works
Four steps, no forms
You don't need a detailed brief to get started. A rough idea of your dates and what you need is enough for us to work with.
-
Tell us what you need
Send a WhatsApp message or an email with your dates, where you're going and what you'd like help with.
-
We work out the local arrangements
We come back with a clear answer: what's possible, what it costs and anything we need from you.
-
You arrive with the details sorted
Pickup confirmed, transport arranged, meetings coordinated, documents printed and waiting for you.
-
We stay available while you're here
One number for the whole trip, for changes, extra requests and anything that comes up on the day.
Why a local partner
Arranging Zambia from another country is harder than it needs to be
Time zones, unfamiliar place names and providers who may not answer your email. A local contact takes that off your desk.
- Someone on the ground who answers. Your questions go to a person in Zambia, not a call centre in a different time zone.
- Local knowledge that saves time. Which area to stay in, how long a trip across town really takes, which supplier will deliver on the day.
- One point of contact. You message one person instead of chasing a driver, a hotel and a printer separately.
- Arranged around your schedule. Your itinerary drives the arrangements, not a fixed package.
- Help before you fly. Timings, confirmations and costs settled while you're still at home.
Business travel
For business visitors
Many people come to Zambia to work: meetings in Lusaka, a site visit outside town, a week of negotiations, or a project that needs someone reliable on the ground.
- Airport pickup arranged with a local driver who knows your schedule
- Help keeping meetings and site visits on time
- Printing, binding and document preparation, including last-minute changes
- Local errands and supplier coordination while you're in meetings
- Support for consultants and company representatives who need to hit the ground running
We don't sit in your meetings. We make sure you arrive prepared, on time, with the practical side already handled.
Visitor support
For tourists and independent travellers
If you're visiting Zambia for the first time, the practical side can take more planning than you expect, especially when you're arranging it yourself from overseas.
- Local orientation when you land: getting a SIM card, money, and finding your way around
- Transport that fits your plans, by the day or for the whole trip
- Help planning an itinerary that works with real travel times
- Coordinating activities and day trips
- Straight answers about what's worth your time
We're not a tour operator and we don't sell safari packages. If you want a guided trip or a lodge booking, we'll help you work out what fits your dates and coordinate the local arrangements around it.
Conferences and events
For conference and event visitors
Events in Zambia bring in delegates, speakers and exhibitors who all need to reach the same places at the same time. That's usually where the pressure sits.
- Airport transfers timed to arrivals, including late-night flights
- Group transport between hotels and the venue
- Printing of programmes, badges, signage and handouts
- On-site coordination and errands so your team stays with the event
- Interpreters, photography and videography where available
If you're organising the event, we work alongside your team. If you're attending, we make sure you get where you need to be.
Beyond Lusaka
Travelling to other parts of Zambia
Many visitors need to travel beyond Lusaka, whether for work or to see the country. We arrange transport through local providers we work with. These are the journeys visitors ask us about most often. Tell us your route and your dates and we'll confirm what can be arranged and what it costs.

Questions
Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't here, ask us directly. It's usually quicker than reading.
Can you help before I arrive in Zambia?
Yes. Most of our work happens before you fly. Send us your dates and what you need, and we'll confirm arrangements, timings and costs while you're still at home.
Can you arrange airport pickup?
Yes. We arrange pickup and drop-off at Lusaka's Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN), including for late-night and early-morning flights. Send us your flight details and where you're staying in advance, and we'll confirm what can be arranged before you travel.
Do you provide transport?
We arrange transport through local drivers and vehicle providers we work with, from a single airport transfer to a driver for several days. We'll tell you what's included and what it costs before you confirm anything.
Can you help with business visits?
Yes. That usually means transport between meetings, keeping to a schedule, coordinating appointments, printing documents and handling local errands so your day isn't spent on logistics.
Can you support conference delegates?
Yes. We help with airport transfers, group transport between hotels and venues, printing of event materials and on-site coordination during the event. For larger groups, the earlier you tell us the numbers and the schedule, the better.
Can you help with printing and documents?
Yes. Business documents, reports, presentations, conference materials, brochures and binding. Send us the file and your deadline and we'll tell you what's realistic, including same-day work where the printers can take it.
Can you help tourists as well as business travellers?
Yes, we work with both. For tourists that usually means transport, orientation when you arrive, help planning a realistic itinerary and practical assistance while you're in the country.
Do you provide accommodation?
We're not a booking agency and we don't own hotels. We help you choose an area that suits your trip, coordinate with hotels, lodges and guesthouses, and help sort things out with a provider if something needs attention.
Can you help with local logistics?
Yes, that's the core of what we do: local suppliers, couriers, documents, scheduling, pickups and the everyday arrangements that are difficult to organise from another country.
Which parts of Zambia do you cover?
Our base is Lusaka. We can also arrange transport between Lusaka and other parts of Zambia through local providers we work with. Tell us your route and dates and we'll confirm what can be arranged.
How do I request assistance?
Message us on WhatsApp or send an email with your dates, how many people are travelling and what you need help with. We'll reply with what's possible and what it costs. There are no forms to fill in and no account to create.
How far in advance should I get in touch?
For simple transport, a few days is usually enough. For groups, events, interpreters or multi-day itineraries, earlier is better, especially in busy periods.
Contact
Tell us what you need
WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us. Email works too, and it's better if you want to send documents or a detailed schedule.
- +260 96 629 3079
- [email protected]
Messages are answered during Zambian working hours (CAT, UTC+2), Monday to Saturday. If you write outside those hours, you'll get a reply on the next working day. Pickups for late-night or early-morning flights need to be requested in advance so they can be confirmed before you travel.
Helpful things to include
- Your dates, and how long you're in Zambia
- Where you're going and where you're staying, if you know
- How many people are travelling
- What you'd like us to arrange
You don't need to have it all worked out. A rough outline is enough to start, and we'll ask about anything we still need.
