What we arrange
Arrivals, departures and getting around Lusaka
Some things we do directly. Others we arrange with local providers we work with. Either way you deal with one person, and we tell you who is providing the service.

We are not a taxi company and we do not own vehicles. Where a service is provided by a third party, we arrange it with them on your behalf and tell you who is providing it.

- Your flight number, arrival date and arrival time
- Where you’re staying in Lusaka, if you know
- How many people are travelling, and how much luggage
- Whether you need transport during your stay as well as on arrival

Pickups for late-night or early-morning flights need to be requested in advance so they can be confirmed before you travel. Messages are answered during Zambian working hours (CAT, UTC+2), Monday to Saturday.
